Hollins Homes - shortlisted for prestigious award

Hollins Homes is delighted to have been shortlisted for two LABC awards for its Tarleton Green development near Preston.

We have been nominated for both Best Small New Housing Development of the Year and Best Social or New Housing Development.

Discussing the nominations, managing director, Mark Chadwick commented: “I’m delighted that Tarleton Green has been nominated as a regional finalist in each category and all the effort and hardwork of the entire team in planning, designing and constructing this beautiful development has been recognised.”

Bumper Week at Tarleton Green

It’s been a bumper week for Hollins Homes at our Tarleton Green development.

Not only did the business see its 50th completion, following Helen McKechnie moving into her dream home, but just four days later the site was fully sold and moved in after Ciaran Shannon-Pittam & Hollie Mitchell picked up their keys.

The first roof is on at The Orchards, Whitchurch!

There was great anticipation amongst the team at Hollins Homes as the first roof was completed on a property at their stunning new development in Whitchurch.
