COVID-19

Dear Customer

The health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our number one priority and we are doing all that we can to assist in containing the spread of Covid-19.

We have been working hard to create a safe place for our teams to return to work and for our customers to visit.

We have now restarted construction back on sites and will be opening our Sales Information Centres from Saturday 16th May.

We are really looking forward to welcoming you back to our developments. In order to maintain social distancing, all government guidelines will be observed.

Our site management teams have put in place a series of additional health and safety and social distancing measures .We have reviewed guidance issued by the Construction Leadership Council to assess each and every aspect of our site activities and to address the changes that need to be made in order to fully comply with the restrictions imposed by social distancing requirements. Having done so, we are now confident that we have a robust set of detailed protocols and revised guidelines which means we can operate safely and comply with strict social distancing requirements now on a sustainable basis for as long as is necessary.

We have:

  • Introduced a revised set of working practices and guidance which comply with social distancing requirements and which sets out our commitment to deliver a safe working environment for our employees and subcontractors working on site.

  • Adopted a phased approach to resuming construction work will ensure that our teams can make the necessary adjustments to site safely.

  • Conducted a detailed review of our sales processes and customer interactions. We have developed a new set of protocols which include a fully revised set of working practices and staffing. Show home viewings will be unaccompanied, and only one family at a time will be able to view each home.
