Saturday 17th September saw the opening of our latest showhome at Fulwood Green.

With more than 30 house hunters already registering their interest in the properties, the event was a sure fire success, with around 50 visitors attending. A number of customers even visited the new development, located north of the city of Preston, twice during the weekend. Such was demand, the showhome had to stay open an hour longer than planned to ensure everybody had enough time to look around.

Feedback received across the course of the weekend has been great with visitors commenting on the finish and attention to detail of the home design. What’s more, another property was snapped up meaning Fulwood Green is now over 35% sold.
